- Work out in your heart rate 'zone' for 30 minutes. You can find your zone by calculating (220 - your age) x 0.85, or you can find a calculation tool in the exercise information section. Look for an article on exercising in the zone.
- Increase your intake of oils like cod liver oil or evening primrose oil. These 'link' with the fat in your body and help digest it.

- Set Clear goals and be specific about how you want your body to look.
- Drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day.
