You hear me going on and on about the benefits of the mini-trampoline, believe me, it's fantastic. Take a look at the table to see some of the benefits that you can get from this fantastic form of exercise.
When you begin to workout, spread your legs about shoulder width, bend your knees slightly and get bouncing. Don't go mad and reach for the sky, the idea is that you bounce down about two inches into the trampoline. Once you get used to the bouncing, you will rediscover that fantastic feeling of being in control and weightlessness you loved when you were young.
You can twist side to side, lift one knee up and then the other, do jacks and so much more. After about ten minutes you should notice your heart rate increase and you should begin to sweat a little. When you get really confident, you can do higher jumps using weights and other equipment.
After a couple of weeks, you will notice that your balance will improve along with your co-ordination.
