Oh boy is this diet tough. You need the perseverance of Scott of the Antarctic and the taste buds of a 50-year old smoker! The diet is based around the meat/fish and two-veg/salad way of eating, but with no potatoes, rice or pasta. It got boring after about 48 hours. I ache for carbohydrates and will never touch cottage cheese again. Don't even try eating out - it is far too inflexible. Having said all that, after two weeks I have lost half a stone, even after sneaking the odd milky coffee (and the rest!). Main verdict, great for losing weight but you need lots of will power. Try it before a big event or holiday when your motivation is high.
