This is a great diet.
I have lost 5.5 lbs in the two weeks, and I feel great. It has completely changed my eating habits. As you have to avoid all carbohydrates, this effectively means that you cannot eat most processed foods, so I have had to go back to basics and cook chicken and fish with vegetables or salad.
I find I am enjoying my food more, and I have stopped craving carbohydrates altogether. My husband eats potatoes and bread in front of me and I am not even bothered!
I was particularly impressed when a relative brought round a chocolate cake, and I didn't even want a slice!
The only problem is that you could eat a very high level of saturated fats - unlimited cream and butter etc, but you could regulate that yourself. I consumed a huge amount of olive oil! I am an absolute convert to this low carb method of eating.
