This is a bit of a difficult review to write. This low fat diet really didn't agree with me. Within the first day I had a blinding headache after eating toast for breakfast, and within 2 days my face was covered in spots/zits. It wasn't the diets fault, I am sure that I have some wheat allergy.

The diet itself is very easy to follow. There are 6 eating plans based on your lifestyle, including a vegetarian plan. I chose the Family Plan. There are a range of breakfasts, lunches, evening meals and snacks to choose from, so it is very flexible. The food is nice and there are plenty of recipes to follow. So if you like low fat diets, this is a pretty good one. The book includes an Exercise Programme and weight maintenance tips (oh, that I should need those one day!).

If anyone who has followed this plan who likes low fat diets would like to add their review, we would be happy to include it here.
