This 2-week diet was a revelation! I lost 6 pounds (and didn't even stick to it every day!) and Jane lost an amazing 10 pounds. We've both tried lots of diets and this is by far the best we've tried. Jane went down a whole dress size in two weeks.

The Diet is based on fresh and healthy food in a combination that burns fat and clears all the toxins out and helps to burn fat. We both felt great. Our skin and hair were better and we both said we had more energy. All the nasties seemed to be dragged from our bodies, along with the fat!
